Editorial policy

How we choose sources, check figures, mark updates and correct mistakes.

Sources

Each news story is based on a primary source: a company announcement, a regulatory filing, a research report or a publication by a major outlet. The source is named and linked under the article.

Valuations, round sizes and other figures are given as the source reports them, with the date of the report.

Facts and estimates

We keep facts apart from estimates. An estimate or a forecast is attributed to whoever made it.

When outlets report different figures for the same event, we give both and explain where the difference comes from.

Dates and updates

Each article shows its publication date. If the text is changed later, the page shows the date of the update instead.

An article whose figures may be out of date is moved to the archive: it stays available by its link, with a notice, but is no longer offered in the feeds or to search engines.

Corrections

If you find a mistake, write to us. We correct factual errors in the text, and the article shows the date of the update.

AI tools

We use AI tools to help translate articles into other languages and to draft the short descriptions shown in search results. Facts and figures come from the sources, not from the model.

Independence

AMCH runs an investment platform, and some of the companies we cover are available to its investors. Such articles say so in the text.

Not investment advice

Our articles are for information only. They are not investment advice and not an offer of any financial instrument. Investing in private companies carries a high risk, including the loss of the entire investment.

Read the risk notice before making investment decisions.
