We are pleased to introduce Hark to our investors. The company develops its own foundational AI models alongside the consumer devices designed to run them.
The entire semiconductor value chain—NVIDIA, AMD, Intel, and Qualcomm—has invested in Hark. Brett Adcock launched the company in late 2025 with $100 million of his own capital, and in May, the company closed a $700 million Series A round.
The team comprises talent from Apple and Meta; device design is led by Abidur Chowdhury, the creator of the iPhone Air. In August, Hark unveiled its first product—the Handoff agent, which autonomously performs tasks on websites.
