Lovable doubles valuation to $13.3 billion

Swedish vibe coding platform Lovable raised $400 million in a Series C round at a valuation of $13.3 billion. Menlo Ventures led the round, while Scaleup Europe Fund, managed by EQT, co-led the round. Tencent, Balderton Capital, Kaszek Ventures, and more than a dozen other funds also participated.

13-Month Valuation Trajectory:
July 2025 — $1.8 billion
December 2025 — $6.6 billion
August 2026 — $13.3 billion

Revenue is growing faster than estimated: ARR reached $500 million in June, up from $200 million in November 2025. The company expects to reach approximately $600 million by the end of August. Enterprise clients include NVIDIA, Adidas, Zendesk, and Deutsche Telekom. The company plans to increase its headcount to approximately 450 people by the end of the year.

Since its launch in November 2024, 60 million projects have been created, and Lovable apps generate 900 million visits per month. Employees from nearly two-thirds of Fortune 500 companies have used the service. Nearly 8 out of 10 users are building a business or project on the platform for monetization, and more than a third are already making money.

This growth rate makes Lovable one of the most valuable private tech companies in Europe. Investors envision a scenario in which a significant portion of new software is created without traditional development, directly on these platforms.
